环境友好型聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷湿强剂的性能研究

摘    要:聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)是在中性条件下固化的湿强剂,但它具有固含量不高,产品中含有有机氯等缺点。本工作考察了采用改进的溶液聚合合成反应条件与有机胺后处理相结合的新工艺,合成了环境友好型低氯和高固含量的PAE湿强树脂,考察了各种因素对纸张湿强度的影响。结果表明,低氯和高固含量PAE树脂在合适的条件下能显著地提高纸张的湿强度,是一种具有市场开发前景的新型湿强剂。

Abstract:PAE is a wet strength agent widely used in production of wet strengthened paper in neutral environment. But the PAE produced by existing methods has several shortcomings, such as low solids content and containing organochlorine. An environment-friendly PAE resin was prepared by a improved solution polymerization method combining with aftertreatment by alkanolamine. The properties of the obtained PAE resin was studied. It was showed that the obtained PAE resin was of better wet strengthening properties.
