摘    要:活齿端面谐波齿轮传动是一种新型的传动方式,可以应用于大传动比、大功率的减速器之中,因此具有广泛的应用前景。在分析活齿运动规律的基础上,对于啮合副的理论齿面提出了一种便于设计和加工的修形方法,推导出了齿面修形的原则,为活齿端面谐波齿轮传动的设计、制造和应用奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The movable toothed end face harmonic gear transmission is a kind of new typed transmission mode; it can be used in reducers with big transmission ratio and large power, therefore it has a broad prospect of application. On the basis of analyzing the motion law of movable tooth, this paper put for- ward a kind of easy to designing and processing modification method upon the theoretical tooth surface of meshing pair, and derived the principle of tooth surface modification, thus laid a foundation for the design, manufacturing and application of transmission of movable toothed end face harmonic gears.
