1993 Industry growth

According to industry tracker Technomic Inc., 1993 food purchases in noncommercial foodservice will increase only slightly, moving up a little less than 1%. While this is greater than the 1992 growth rate of 0.3%, it's still less than half as strong as that of the commercial market.
