摘    要:采用熔融接枝方法制备马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MAH)和丙烯酸接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-AA),比较了这2种相容剂对HDPE/聚碳酸酯(Pc)共混合金体系的增容效果,着重研究了接枝单体、引发剂对HDPE接枝物的接枝率和熔体流动速率的影响及HDPE接枝物用量对HDPE/PC合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:HDPE-g-MAH相容剂的增容效果较好。用量为15份时使HDPE/PC合金缺口冲击强度提高了30%。

Abstract:The compatibility of HDPE-g-MAH and HDPE-g-AA prepared by melt graft copolymerization to HDPE/PC alloy was compared. The effects of monomer and initiator on the graft ratio and MFR properties of the HDPE-g-MAH and HDPE-g-AA were investigated. The effects of HDPE-g-MAH and HDPE-g-AA content on the mechanical properties of HDPE/PC alloy were also studied in detail. The results show that the compatibilization of HDPE-g-MAH is better than that of HDPE-g-AA. The notched impact strength of the HDPE/PC alloy is increased by 30% when 15phr HDPE-g-MAH is added.
