基于MFC的Pro/E标准件库的研究与开发

摘    要:三维标准零件库的建立对提高企业的设计效率和质量具有重要的意义。通过对标准件库的自动检索和参数化仿真设计,生成设计人员所希望的三维模型。该文分析了对三维辅助设计软件Pro/E进行二次开发的各种方案,着重研究了基于MFC的Pro/TOOLKIT开发技术,探讨并解决了MFC应用程序集成、数据库建立、ODBC数据库访问技术、参数化仿真设计技术以及Pro/E菜单定制等关键问题。开发实例给出了用可视化编程语言VC++进行二次开发,设计并实现了一个实用的Pro/E三维标准零件库系统。

Abstract:The foundation of Three-dimensional Standard Part Library is of great significance to enterprises' design efficiency and quality. Through autoretrieve of the Standard Part Library and parametric simulation design,the three-dimensional model needed by the designer will be built. In this paper,we analyse several schemes of the customized development of Pro/E, concentrates on the development technology of Pro/TOOLKIT based on MFC.And we study and solve serveral pivotal technologies including MFC application integration,foundation of database,database access using ODBC,parametric simulation design and menu customization of Pro/E.In an example,we have designed and implemented a practical Standard Part Library system of Pro/E using visual programming language VC .
