摘    要:叙述了华能汕头电厂1号汽机轴承产生瞬时横向振动的过程,分析后发现其原因是凝汽器冷却水压力波动,引发了汽机-凝汽器支撑系统瞬时横向振动及在线测振仪表的信号放大。本文提出了防止汽机轴承产生瞬时横向振动的措施。

Abstract:The article describes the transient transverse vibration caused by the No.1 bearings of steam(turbine) in Huaneng Shantou Power Plant,analyzes the vibration reason and concludes that the vibration is(derived) from transient transverse vibration of the support system in steam turbine and condenser and the signal enlarging from on-line vibration measured instrument due to the pressure fluctuation of the condenser cooling water.It also gives the measures to prevent the transient transverse vibration occurred in turbine bearings.
