摘    要:为了提高对某热力厂室内蒸汽管网的监测和管理,以火用分析方法为基础,建立蒸汽管网的数学模型。为提高监测的可扩展性,方便定制与升级,基于MicrosoftCOM组件技术开发管网的热经济性分析模块,并嵌入到锅炉的DCS系统中运行。分析了主要管段的压力损、温度降、热损失和火用损失。现场运行表明,采用组件技术开发该系统具有模块化、可重用性高、运行稳定的特点。实现对室内主要蒸汽管道的监测及性能评价。

Abstract:Aimed at effectively monitoring and managing indoor steam pipe network in thermal plant, mathematic model of steam pipe was constructed which based on exergy analysis method. In order to improve system function, expandability and upgrade, the thermal efficiency analysis module was developed which based on component object model (COM) technology of Microsoft. The nested analysis module operated in boiler DCS system. The module analyzed pressure loss, temperature drop, exergy and heat loss of main pipe. Practical operation indicated the module was reliable, modular and easy to reuse. It supervised main steam pipes in plant and correctly evaluated their thermal efficiency.
