机场特种车辆训练模拟器控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了机场特种车辆训练模拟器的控制系统,其中包括液压驱动控制系统和电气控制系统。液压驱动控制系统为模拟舱门的侧向伸缩与缓冲和支撑臂的打开与收回提供液压源和液压控制,主要控制部分包括:机场特种车辆训练模拟器支撑臂、支撑柱、支撑臂松开锁紧装置和客货舱体的液压驱动控制。电气控制系统为机场特种车辆训练模拟器提供动力电源和实现电气控制,包括主电源配电系统、主控制器、电气控制执行元件、到位检测元件等部分。该液压驱动控制系统和电气控制系统满足可靠性、安全性和室外工作环境的要求。

Abstract:The control system of airport special vehicle training simulator is introduced,including the hydraulic drive system and electric control systems.Hydraulic control drive system can supply the hydraulic source and the hydraulic control for the lateral expansion and buffer of the door and the open and recover for the arm.The main control section includes:hydraulic drive control of arm,support columns,loosen and the locking device of arm,passenger cabin and so on.The electrical control system of airport special vehicle training simulator can provide power supply and implementation of electrical control which included main power distribution system,the main controller,electric control actuators,detection devices in place.The hydraulic control system and electric control system which designed can meet the reliability,safety and environmental requirements of outdoor work.
