垂直轴风力发电测控系统

摘    要:为立式风力发电系统设计了新型集风立式风机、多绕组变极发电机、异步的数据采集系统、发电机和风速控制系统。新型集风立式风机克服了传统三叶桨风力利用率低、发电功率低、保护性差的特点。利用DSP触发FPGA控制外置两片AD7656可以达到高精度数据采集和高实时数据处理以及控制的并行化。双DSP架构通过双口RAM共享存储,提高了实时通信的吞吐率,同时将实时任务和耗时的显示等人机交互任务分离。一方面在PLC里存储模糊规则表,实现对集风板的模糊控制,进而调节风速;另一方面通过多绕组变极发电机的绕组和励磁方式切换,来保持发电机输出电压频率、幅值和相位的稳定,解决了风电并网的难题。

Abstract:A new wind-collected vertical-axis wind turbine,multi-winding pole-changing generator,asynchronous data acquisition system,generators and wind speed control system are designed for vertical wind power generation system.The new wind-collected vertical-axis wind turbine overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional horizontal-axis wind turbine with low wind energy utilization,low power generation,vulnerable under fierce wind.Using DSP triggering FPGA to control two AD7656 chips can achieve the parallelism performance of high-precision data acquisition and real-time data processing or control.Dual-DSP architecture can separate the real-time tasks and time-consumed tasks such as display and etc to improve the real-time performance.Using fuzzy control rules stored in the PLC to adjust wind speed through the position of wind-collected board and the multi-winding switching can assure the stability of frequency and amplitude and phase of the generator to simplify the wind power to join the power grid.
