石油管粘扣机理、分类要点及影响因素的研究

摘    要:论述了石油管在加工检验及使用中,发生粘扣失效的力学本质、分类要点、形貌特征及各种影响因素。研究结果表明:接触应力、上扣扭矩、螺纹啮合时的几何约束,是齿面粘扣的力学要点。擦伤、冷焊和粘着摩擦是粘扣失效的三种类型,影响粘扣的因素包括上扣扭矩、接箍夹持、表面镀层及现场操作等多重原因。

Abstract:The sticky thread failure mechanical essentiality , classification points, appearance character and all kind of influencing elemen ts during the casing pipe processing, inspection and application are introduced. The research result states that the contacting stress, thread torque and thread joggle geometry restriction are mechanical points of the sticky thread. The scr atch, cold welding and abrasion are three kind of thread failure. The influencin g elements include many reasons such as threading torque, coupling clamp, surfac e coating and site operation.
