建筑业和建筑企业技术进步评价方法

在论述技术和技术进步、技术进步评价方法之后,着重讨论了建筑业技术进步贡献率测算和建筑企业技术进步的评价方法。用原国家计委和国家统计局推荐的和周方教授提出的计算经济增长中科学技术进步作用的方法来测算建筑业的技术进步贡献率。对评价建筑企业技术进步的指标体系做了分析,并根据指标要尽量同技术进步直接挂钩、避免过分相关、数量尽可能减少、便于操作、切实可行的原则,提出了改进建议。

Technical Progress Evaluation Methods of Construction Sector and Construction Enterprises

Following discussion on technology and technical progress as well as technical progress evaluation methods, the calculation methods for technical progress contribution rate for construction sector and technical progress evaluation methods for construction enterprises are emphasized. Two methods for evaluating the contribution of scientific and technical progress to economic growth were used to evaluate technical progress for construction industry. Indicators for evaluating construction enterprises are also analyzed. The indicators should be closely and directly related to technical progress, the number of indicators should be lessened as possible as we can and should be easy to obtain. The new indicators for evaluating construction enterprises are recommended based on the mentioned principles.
