摘    要:以低浓度的乙醇水溶液为原料,4A分子筛为催化剂催化乙醇脱水制备乙烯。考察了乙醇浓度、反应温度、催化剂的活化条件以及颗粒大小等对反应的影响,结果表明催化剂对低浓度、的乙醇溶液具有较高的选择性。分析了催化剂对低浓度乙醇脱水生成乙烯选择性较高的原因。

Abstract:The conversion of low concentration ethanol into ethylene was investigated over 4A zeolite catalyst. The factors which influence the yield and distribution of the products such as concentration of ethanol, the reaction temperature, feed flow rate, and the size of catalyst were studied. The results showed that the catalyst exhibited high selectivity for dehydration of low concentration ethanol. The reason of high selectivity for dehydration of low concentration ethanol to ethylene was analyzed.
