分析了传统的预算定额计价模式,比较了工程量清单计价模式与原预算定额计价模式,阐述了工程量清单计价模式的优点,研究了工程量清单计价模式存在的问题,提出了完善工程量清单计价模式的措施,从而推广工程量清单计价方法的应用.

The paper analyzes some traditional price model of the estimate quota,compares the project amount settling price model with the price model of the estimate quota,illustrates the advantages of the project amount settling price model,researches on the existing problems of the project amount settling price model,and points out some measures to improve the project amount settling price model,so as to expand its application.
