Boole Logic and Digital Thinking--About the Transformation of the Thinking Mode of Architecture Design in the Age of Digital Technology

"Boole logic" symbolizes an important character of modern linear thinking mode. Started from the discussion about it, a series of contrasts, including the traditional writing and computer aided word processing, the visual thinking and "digital thinking" for architecture, were analyzed. The article also listed two main typical working modes aided by the digital media. Based on all of these, the new character of architect's design thinking in this digital age could be found, and the transformation of it should be considered carefully.
