非晶态Raney Ni-P/玻璃纤维催化蒎烯加氢

摘    要:通过化学镀的方法制备出了高活性的非晶态RaneyNj-P/玻璃纤维催化剂,并把它用于催化蒎烯加氢合成顺蒎烷。结果表明:自制的催化剂可以使得蒎烯的转化率达到100%,选择性达到97%以上,并且可以循环使用25次以上。RaneyNi-P/玻璃纤维催化剂同RaneyNi相比具有更高的活性和选择性以及较长的使用寿命。

Abstract:The amorphous Raney Ni-P/ fiber-glass catalyst is prepared by chemical plating, and applied to production of cis- pinane by hydrobon of pinene. The results show that the percent conversion of pinene is 100 % ,the catalyst's selectivity is more than 97 % , and it can be used 25 times at least. The amorphous Raney Ni-P/ fiber-glass catalyst has better activity, higher selectivity and longer life than Raney Ni catalyst.
