摘    要:MAH-g-PP由于其高分子量、高熔融黏度、高结晶性、低熔融流动指数(MFI)、高疏水性以及相对较低的极性而很难被乳化。本文介绍了MAH-g-PP乳液制备方法的发展过程,讨论了溶液乳化法和熔融乳化法对乳液性能的影响,总结了MAH-g-PP乳化难易程度的影响因素。

Abstract:MAH-g-PP is hard to be emulsified because of its high molecular weight, high melt viscosity, high crystallinity, low melt flow index (MFI), high hydrophobicity, and low polarity. The development process of MAH-g-PP emulsion preparation methods was introduced in this paper. The effect of solution emulsification and melt emulsification method on properties of the emulsion were discussed. And the main factors of influencing the difficulity level of MAH-g-PP emulsfication were summed up.
