电化学处理对316不锈钢脂润滑摩擦学性能的影响

摘    要:为了改善不锈钢在脂润滑条件下的摩擦学性能, 利用奥氏体不锈钢对Cl-点蚀敏感性高的特点, 在Na Cl溶液中采用电化学测试技术对316不锈钢进行电化学处理, 使其发生点蚀而获得粗糙表面, 在表面形成可存储润滑脂的微小油腔, 持续提供润滑脂, 对比研究316不锈钢基材和电化学处理的316不锈钢与GCr15钢球配副在空气中干摩擦和润滑脂润滑2种条件下的摩擦学行为.结果表明:空气中干摩擦, 2种试样的磨损失质量在同一数量级, 基材的摩擦因数较低;润滑脂润滑条件下, 电化学处理的316不锈钢的摩擦因数和磨损失质量均远低于基材.

Abstract:To improve the tribological behavior of 316 stainless steel under grease lubrication,electrochemical tests were conducted on it to obtain a rough surface by making use of the high sensitivity of austenitic stainless steel to pitting corrosion in Cl-environment. Numerous corrosion pits on the formed rough surface acted as micro-reservoir. The grease could offer consistent lubricating,and then improve the tribological property of 316 stainless steel. Tribological behaviors of raw 316 and the treated sample were measured under sliding against GCr15 steel counterparts under dry and grease lubrication conditions. Results show that the mass losses of the two samples are in the same order of magnitude,and the raw sample exhibit lower friction coefficient in dry sliding. When the tests are conducted under grease lubrication,the friction coefficients and mass losses of the treated sample are far less than those of the raw316.
