全国石油天然气管道安全管理信息系统设计

摘    要:管道安全风险评估源于对管道多种信息的收集、存储和加工处理,为此开发一套全国石油天然气管道安全管理信息系统。本文主要介绍系统中根据管道统计信息绘制和维护管线地理图形的三种方法以及管线分段多种属性信息的管理方法,并对大跨度管线图形绘制以及MapX在节点编辑模式下易引发应用系统崩溃的情况提出了有效的处理措施。本文应用VB+MapX模式开发的应用系统已经被用户实际使用,得到充分肯定。

Abstract:Risk estimates for national petro and gas pipelines' safety are based on collecting,storing and processing of vast variety of their information,and an application for this purpose has been developed.In this paper,the authors presents three specifically designed methods of creating pipeline graph,and a solution for freely segmented pipelines' information managing,as well as a solution for a large span pipeline graph's adaptability to different geographic projections.In MapX's node editing mode,application crash caused by user's pressing key DELETE can be avoided completely.Now,the application has been used by user and runs properly.
