氟石膏废渣在建筑材料中的应用

摘    要:利用硫酸法生产氢氟酸排出的氟石膏废渣生产建筑材料,如替代天然石膏按一定比例掺入水泥中作水泥缓凝剂,或通过掺加外加剂改性,并辅以其它掺合料后生产抹灰用粉刷石膏、石膏砌块及石膏砖等.产品的技术性能指标均达到国家标准要求.这样既解决了环境污染,实现了化工废渣的资源化利用,又大大降低了所生产的建筑材料的生产成本,社会效益和经济效益显著.

Abstract:The fluorgypsum residue from the HF production by sulfuric acid method is used as building materials, such as mixed with cement in a certain proportion as cement retarder instead of natural gypsum ; modified and mixed with admixture or other materials making plastering gypsum and gypsum bricks etc. , the index of which can meet the requirement of National standard. Thus, the comprehensive utilization of fluorgypsum can not only solve the environmental pollution, but also reduce the production cost of building material. Both social and economic benefits are remarkable.
