| 摘 要： | 为了给公路BOT项目投资决策者和投资评估人员提供一种基于可研报告的投资风险快速分析的方法,从公路BOT项目风险分析出发,阐述项目投资评估与可行性研究的区别,特别是从项目成本构成、效益计算以及风险防范等方面进行了深入的对比分析.在此基础上,提出了如何根据可研报告的研究结论进行分析判断和防范风险以及如何快速获得满足投资评估所需要基本信息的方法,并结合案例说明了如何应用这种方法,为公路BOT项目进行科学而迅速地决策提供参考.
