摘    要:以车用镀锌钢和6016铝合金为研究对象,利用Ansys Workbench14.5仿真平台对焊接过程进行热固耦合数值求解,进而得到给定工艺参数条件下的温度场和应力场分布。热电偶同步测温实验可以保证温度场计算的准确性,通过热应力耦合分析可以得到应力场。应力场分布表明,应力主要集中在焊缝区域,实验结果恰好证实了这一点。观察焊缝区域的微观组织发现,该区域出现许多细小的裂纹,说明了热应力集中是出现微细裂纹的主要原因。文章根据温度场和应力场的分布对工艺参数进行分析,以为实际的工程应用提供参考。

Numerical computation of the couple of thermal and stress on laser welding and experimental study based on ansys workbench

Abstract:This galvanized steel and the 6016 aluminum alloy were selected to be experimental research object. The problems of thermal stress coupled in given technology parameters of laser welding were studied through numer-ical simulation by using the 14.5 version of Ansys Workbench, so the distribution of temperature and stress field could be obtained. The synchronous test experiments of temperature by thermocouple ensure the accuracy of the tem-perature field calculation, so that the stress field could be calculated from temperature field by the couple of thermal and stress. The stress field distribution showed that the stress mainly concentrated in the region of the weld joint, which was demonstrated by the results of experiment. It was found that many tiny cracks located in the region of weld joint by observing the microstructure of weld area, which demonstrated that the thermal stress concentration was the main cause of microcrack. The technology parameters of laser welding were analyzed to provide a reference for practical engineering applications.
