延续护理干预对造血干细胞移植后患者生存质量的影响

目的:探讨延续护理干预对造血干细胞移植后出院患者生存质量的影响。方法:将35例异基因造血干细胞移植术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组。两组病人均按照出院后前3个月每月一次,之后每3个月进行常规电话随访1次,时间为12个月。实验组由经验丰富的高年资护士在对患者进行常规电话随访的同时检查对病人进行合理膳食、遵医用药情况和并发症的预防等方面掌握程度、落实情况和效果进行评价和再指导,时间为12个月。观察两组患者的生存质量、治疗依从性、健康知识掌握程度、并发症的发生情况。结果:实验组的治疗依从性、健康知识要点的掌握和落实均优于对照组(P0.01),并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:延续性护理干预可以有效增加异基因造血干细胞移植患者出院后治疗依从性和健康知识掌握程度,并能有效预防和减少移植并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量。

Impact of Continuous nursing intervention on the qualities of life in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective To discuss the effect of Continuous nursing intervention on the qualities of life in patients discharged from hospital after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（HSCT）.Methods 35 patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplanta- tion（allo-HSCT） were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two patient groups were discharged from hospital and followed up by telephone once a month in the first 3 months and every 3 months in the late 9 months.The patients in experimental group were regularly followed-up by experienced senior nurses by examination, evaluation and guiding whether the paitients have rea- sonable diet, take the prescribed medication and prevent the complication or not_The survival quality, treatment adherence and health knowledge, the incidence of complications were also observed.Results The experimental group were superior to control group in treat- ment adherence, the degree of mastering health knowledge （P 〈 0. 01）.The incidence of complications was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）,Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can be benificial in the treatment adherence and health knowledge for those patients discharged from hospital after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（allo-HSCT） and effectively prevent and reduce transplant related complications, improve patient＇s quality of life.
