卒中单元护理模式在脑卒中患者中的运用及效果评价

目的:探讨卒中单元护理模式在脑卒中患者中的运用效果;方法:将实施卒中单元护理模式前的33例患者作为对照组,将实施卒中单元护理模式后的34例患者作为试验组。比较两组患者入院和出院时的FMA评分和ADL评分、住院时间、平均医疗费用、康复的依从性和患者的满意度以及尿路感染、坠积性肺炎、褥疮的发生率。结果:实验组在运动功能及日常生活能力、康复依从性、满意度等方面均明显高于对照组(P0.05),住院时间、医疗费用、以及三大并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:卒中单元护理模式可以减少神经功能缺损,减少并发症,显著提高护理质量,改善护患关系。

Stroke unit care model in the use and effectiveness evaluation in stroke patients

Objective： To investigate the effect of stroke unit care model to use in stroke patients; Methods： 33 patients will be implemented stroke unit care model as a control group before the implementation of the 34 patients after stroke unit care model as a test group. Comparison of the two groups of patients on admission and at discharge FMA score and ADL score, length of stay, the average medical costs, rehabilitation adherence and patient satisfaction as well as urinary tract infections, hypostatic pneumonia, the incidence of pressure sores. Results： The experimental group in terms of motor function and activities of daily living, rehabilitation adherence, and satisfaction were significantly higher（P〈0.05）, duration of hospitalization, medical expenses, as well as the three major complication rate was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The stroke unit care model can reduce neurological deficits, reduce complications, significantly improve the quality of care, improve the nurse-patient relationship.
