摘    要:本文提出了一种基于定向耦合的可见光三波长合波器,该器件由两级定向耦合器级联而成,实现可见光波段中三波长合成。以常见的635nm,532nm以及488nm三波长为例,提出具体的设计方案与结构参数,整个器件的长度为2500um,用BeamPROP软件对该器件进行模拟,各个波长的插入损耗小于0.15dB。

Abstract:This paper presents a visible three-wavelength combiner based on directional coupling. The device consists of two cascaded directional couplers. It can achieve the synthesis of three-wavelength visible bands. As an example, a three-wavelength combiner to combine 635 nm, 532 nm and 488 nm wavelength channels are proposed in this paper. The size of the entire device is 2500um. The simulation by BeamPROP software shows that the insertion loss of each wavelength is less than 0.15dB.
