紫外分光光度法测定壳聚糖包衣姜黄素脂质体的包封率

摘    要:目的:建立壳聚糖包衣姜黄素脂质体包封率的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在426 nm处测定吸光度值,计算壳聚糖包衣姜黄素脂质体中包封的药物量,由此计算出包封率。结果:姜黄素在426 nm处有最大吸收,浓度在0.5~8 mg/mL时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.1440C-0.008,R=0.9998(n=3);平均加样回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.29%。结论:本方法操作简单、快捷,能够应用于测定壳聚糖包衣姜黄素脂质体的包封率。

Determination of the entrapment efficiency of chitosan coated curcumin liposomes by UV spectrophotometry

Abstract:Objective:To establish the method determination of the entrapment efficiency of chitosan coated cur-cumin liposomes. Method:Entrapment efficiency was determined at the wavelength of 426 nm by UV-visible spec-trophotometry. Result:The curcumin had a good liner relationship range from 0.5-8 μg/mL. The regression equa-tion was as follows:A= 0.1440C- 0.008,R=0.9998(n=3). The average recovery rate was 99.96%(n=9),RSD =0.29%. Conclusion:The method was simple and rapid,which can be used for the determination of entrapment effi-ciency of chitosan coated curcumin liposomes.
