数字散斑相关法及其在材料强度测试中的应用

摘    要:数字散斑相关法具有精度高、适用于工程现场等特点,是现代光力学测试技术中重要的方法之一。具体应用时该技术通过采集待测物体的变形前后的两幅散斑图,经过数字图像处理获取待测物由于外界因素(外力,温度等)变化对待测物所产生的位移、应变及应力。本文通过将该方法应用于结构强度测试等工程实例,对其应用进行了详细探讨,从该方法应用中得出数字散斑相关法是测试结构位移和应变的较为便利的手段而且结果以全场方式显示。数字散斑相关技术在学术界和工业界已有广泛应用,预测未来在骨科、口腔等生物医学工程领域的强度测试中具有更大的发展和应用空间。

Abstract:Digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) has characteristics of high precision and suitable for use engineering fields, so this method becomes one of the most important modem photo-mechanics testing techniques. When application of this tech- nique, two speckle patterns on behave of deformed before and after for body subjected to external load should be collected by charge coupled device (CCD, then, through digital image processing the two speckle patterns, the displacement, strain, stress of body mea- sured can be obtained due to external factors (loads or temperature changes) . In this paper, DSCM is used for testing materials strength of engineering examples and its application details are also discussed. From the applications of examples, it can be obtained that DSCM is significantly convenience testing method to measure displacements and strains of structures and the results can be shown by the whole field modes. At present, DSCM has been widely used in industrial circles and academic circles. In the future, DSCM technique can be having more broaden development of space in the biomedical science fields of orthopedics, the oral area and SO on.
