1型糖尿病儿童和青少年生存质量的影响因素分析及护理对策

目的探讨影响1型糖尿病儿童和青少年生存质量的因素,给予相应的护理措施,提高儿童和青少年的生存质量。方法采用美国青少年儿童糖尿病生存质量量表,对2012年8月和2013年8月,参加重庆地区糖尿病夏令营的78位儿童和青少年进行问卷调查,应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果患者性别、病程的长短、是否遵循糖尿病饮食、发生低血糖和高血糖的情况等,对满意度评分均有统计学差异(p0.05),成为影响1型糖尿病生存质量的因素,其中病程和饮食影响较显著。结论 1型糖尿病儿童和青少年随着年龄增长,病程延长,患者不遵守糖尿病的治疗管理,造成血糖控制不稳定,生存质量下降。糖尿病的管理须医院、学校、家庭和患者本人共同参与,才能改善患者的满意度,提高生活质量。

The nursing and analysising the influence factors of the quality of life in children and adolescents with T1DM

Objective：To explore the influence factors of the quality of life in children and adolescents with T1DM,and to improve their quality of life by nursing.Methods：78 children and adolescents with T1DM were joined a diabetes summer camp in the Chongqing from August in 2012 to August in 2013.They all complete the America children diabetes quality of life scale,data were analysised by SPSS17.0 software.Results：Children and adolescents in different gender,course of disease,whether to follow the diabetes diet,hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia condition were the influence factors of the quality of life,there were significant difference on the satisfaction score（p0.05）,in which course of disease and whether to follow the diabetes diet are more important.Conclusion：Children and adolescents with T1DM got a low quality of life by the growth of age and course of disease,the effects of their blood sugar control were unstable because they did not comply with the treatment and management of diabetes.In order to improve the satisfaction of patients and the quality of life,the management of diabetes need the participation of hospital、school、family and patient.
