摘    要:铁路信号灯是铁路交通中直接关乎行车安全的系统设备,传统的铁路信号灯使用钨丝灯做光源,发光效率低,使用寿命短,维护成本高,已和现代铁路交通的发展不相适应。LED是一种新型光源,其发光效率高、使用寿命长、发光强度散角小、单色性好等特点非常适合作铁路信号显示的新型光源。但由于LED是低电压,小电流发光,和钨丝灯发光有根本的差异,致使新旧替换成为了一项复杂的课题,10多年来,关于LED铁路信号灯的研究的重点就是在于围绕着解决与传统铁路信号灯控制系统兼容的问题。本文针对小功率LED盘式信号灯和大功率LED点式信号灯,与传统铁路信号灯机构兼容问题,从电路结构方面提出了解决方案。

Abstract:Railway signal is directly related to rail transport traffic safety system equipment, railroad signals when using traditional tungsten light source, luminous efficiency is low, life is short, high maintenance costs, it's incompatible with the development of modern rail traffic. LED is a new light source, high luminous efficiency, long life, small-angle scattered light intensity, good color and other characteristics are very suitable for the new light railway signal display. But because LED is a low voltage, low current light, and incandescent light emitting have fundamental differences, resulting in the replacement of old and new has become a complex subject, 10 years of research is the development of LED lights around the railway how to solve with traditional railway signal control system compatibility issues. In this paper, for the low-power LED disc lights and high-power LED point lights, proposed solutions in terms of circuit structure is compatible with conventional rail lights institutional issues.
