摘    要:茶叶中包含多种成分,其中茶多酚作为茶叶的主要代表成分之一,茶叶的品质与茶多酚含量有着密不可分的关系。所以利用近红外光谱法对茶多酚含量的检测在茶叶行业中具有更实用的价值。本文采用近红外光法结合偏最小二乘法在1800~2500nm建立了最佳的茶多酚含量分析模型,相关系数为0.9841,均方根误差为0.0668.

Abstract:contains a variety of ingredients in tea, the tea polyphenol is one of the main representative components of tea, The quality of tea has a close relationship with tea polyphenols. So the detection of the content of tea polyphenols by near-infrared reflec-tance spectroscopy in the tea industry has a more practical value. The contents of tea polyphenols in 1800~2500nm to establish the best analysis model combined with partial least squares method in this paper, near infrared method, the correlation coefficient is 0.9841, the root mean square error of 0.0668.
