机载传感器加速度状态下可靠性检测系统研究

摘    要:针对机载传感器加速度状态下性能检测问题,设计并实现了一种机载传感器不同加速度状态下可靠性检测系统。该系统基于离心运动提供加速度原理和RS485通信技术,设计并实现了离心机数据采集系统。实验结果表明,设计的离心机实验平台可靠稳定,能够实现飞机加速度模拟,以及在0-10G不同加速度条件下的传感器输出信号高速采样检测,传感器标准样本临界状态检测准确率达到100%,有效保证传感器在飞机运行过程中的正常工作。

Abstract:OAccelerometer sensor for airborne state performance testing issues, designing and implementation of a state of airborne sensors reliability under different acceleration detection system. The system is based on the principle of centrifugal movement to provide acceleration and RS485 communication technology, design and implementation of the centrifuge data acquisition system. Experimental results show that the design of the centrifuge experiments reliable and stable platform, enabling the aircraft acceleration simulation, as well as in different 0-10G acceleration sensor output signal under high-speed sampling and testing, a pass / fail standard sample after mixing sensors determine the exact rate of detection 100%, effectively ensuring the sensor during operation of the aircraft work.
