氦氖激光穴位照射治疗轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

目的:观察氦氖激光穴位照射治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法:将80例轮状病毒肠炎随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予抗病毒、补液、微生态制剂和肠粘膜保护剂治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用氦氖(He-Ne)激光穴位照射。观察两组治疗后症状体征的的恢复情况,并将结果进行统计学处理。结果:治疗组和对照组的显效率分别是90%、67.5%。两组腹泻、呕吐症状消失,脱水纠正,食欲改善等方面有统计学差异(p0.05)。结论:氦氖激光照射天枢穴和神阙穴治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎见效快,无痛苦,显效率高,在临床值得推广。

Observation on effect of He-Ne laser acupoint irradiating in treating for rotavirus enteritis

Objective：To observe the effect of He-Ne laser acupoint irradiating in treating for infants with rotavirus enteritis.Meth- ods：80 infants were divided into the control and study groups.The control group （n=40） received conventional treating including an- tiviral drugs, rehydration, probiotics agent and mucosal protector, while the study group （n=40） received He-Ne laser acupoint irra- diation.Observe the recovery of signs and symptoms of the two groups after treatment.Data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Re- suits：The obvious effective rate of the study group and the control group were 90% and 67.5%,respectively.There were significant dif- ference on diarrhea, vomit, dehydration and appetite （p〈0.05） .Conclusion：He-Ne laser irradiate on Tianshu acupoint and Shenque acupoint is a efficient and painless way in treating for infants with rotavirus enteritis.It should be properly popularized for its advantages and high obvious effective rate.
