紫外分光光度法测定靶向修饰固体脂质纳米粒中姜黄素的含量

摘    要:目的:建立靶向修饰的姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒(PSLN)制剂中姜黄素(CUR)含量测定的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,通过测定波长464nm处的吸光度,计算PSLN制剂中CUR的含量。结果:CUR在1.1.1.7ug/ml的浓度范围内,与464nm处的吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.1424X+0.0436(r=0.9991),平均回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.95%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单,且稳定性、准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于PSLN制剂中CUR含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the method determination of curcumin from TSLN. Method: Ultraviolet spectrometric assay was used, 1=426nm. Result: It had good linearity with the 1.1-1.7 ug/ml concentration range of CUR. The regression is Y = 0.1424X + 0.0436 (r=0.9991). The recovery from the sample was 99.16%, RSD=0.95% (n=9) . Conclusion: This method is could used to quality standards for CUR of TSLN.
