穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗92例椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的:观察采用穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的疗效影响。方法:将92例CSA患者按就诊顺序及治疗方法的不同随机分为对照组和观察组,各组46例;对照组单用牵引治疗,观察组采用穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗,治疗2个疗程后分别观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的愈显率(86.96%)明显高于对照组(60.87%),组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:采用穴位贴敷联合红光照射并牵引治疗CSA,其疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and traction therapy curative effect observation of 92 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

Objective：To observe the acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and traction therapy on the curative effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis（CSA）. Methods：92 patients with CSA and treatment in clinic order different random matching is divided into control group and observation group, each group 46 cases;Control group to traction therapy, observation group USES the acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and traction therapy, treatment 2 respectively, observe the clinical effects of two groups after treatment. Results： The markedly effective rate（86.96%） of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（60.87%）, differences between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the observation group curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion：By traction combined with acupoint sticking with red light irradiation and traction therapy CSA, its curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
