摘    要:可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)技术凭借其结构简单、非接触等优势,成为气体检测领域的关键技术,应用于气体温度、浓度、压强等参数的检测,尤其是对痕量气体的检测。但是传统TDLAS系统只能测出路径上气体浓度的积分值,而不能得到气体参数的二维分布。调谐二极管激光吸收层析成像技术(TDLAT)技术结合了TDLAS技术和计算机断层扫描(CT)技术的优势特点,在对可调谐激光光谱吸收线进行分析、计算和拟合后,重构出气体二维分布,近些年来得到广泛的关注,成为发动机诊断等领域最具潜力的方法之一。本文综述了目前TDLAT的研究现状和主要成果,并对该技术的发展趋势进行了分析和预测。

Abstract:Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology becomes a key technology in gas detection area for the test of gas temperature, concentration, pressure and other parameters by virtue of its simple structure, non-contact and other advan-tages, especially for the detection of trace gases. However, the traditional TDLAS system can only measure the integral value of the gas concentration on the path and cannot acquire a two-dimensional distribution of the gas parameters. Tunable Diode Laser Absorp-tion Tomography (TDLAT) technology combines the TDLAS technology and computer tomography (CT) technology and can reconstruct the two dimensional distribution of gas by absorption line spectrum analysis, calculation and fitting. It’s by the widespread concern in recent years been and becomes most promising methods in the engine diagnostics area. This paper reviews the current status and major TDLAT research results and forecasts the technology development trend.
