| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外电信运营商IPTV业务发展的市场概况。阐明了IPTV可以提供的业务种类，并对一些运营商宽带电视资费进行了比较。分析指出国外电信运营商往往以triple—play的模式开展IPTV业务。指出推动IPTV发展的主要力量来自于技术的进步、运营商盈利需求和用户需求的增强，部署IPTV面临的挑战包括现有网络的升级和改造所需要的大量资金投入、开展新业务时运营模式和盈利模式的选择等。并展望了IPTV的未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | This article shows the market situation of IPTV services in foreign countries, explains service types offered by IPTV, and compares the broadband TV tariff of some carriers. It is analyzed that foreign carrier often selects triple-play mode to open IPTV services. The main force pushing IPTV comes from technological progress, the strong profiting needs of carriers and the needs of users. There are many challenges to deploy IPTV such as large capital investment for upgrading present networks, operation and profiting mode selection in opening up new services. The future development trend of IPTV is predicted. |
