将探究式教学思想融入人才培养过程

本文结合教改项目"自动化专业创新人才培养体系研究",从理论和实践两方面研究在自动化专业人才培养过程中,如何实施以探究为基础的教学模式和学习方法。经过多年的实践,逐渐形成以学生探究行为为主体、教师探究式教学思想为主导,学生创新人格、创新思维、创新能力培养为内在目标,以规模化、系统化、规范化的学生实践教育体系为依托的创新人才教育格局,完善和发展了人才培养的多元化模式。
