摘    要:通过改变转速对有静扬程管路系统进行流量调节时,可按比例定律计算所需转速,泵提供的能头小于管路所需能头,泵无法正常工作。通过分析管路特性和比例定律中转速比和流量比的关系,对有静扬程系统泵的转速比和流量比关系进行数学修正,建立有静扬程系统不同流量下泵工作参数关系。有静扬程管路系统流量调节试验结果和修正公式计算结果具有很好的一致性,证明应用修正后的转速比和流量比的关系可以正确计算有静扬程系统工况调节所需的转速。

Abstract:The required revolving speed can be calculated according to proportionality law while having the flow in static head piping system controlled by changing the revolving speed,and the pump can't work while its head becomes smaller than that required by the piping system.Basing on analyzing characteristics and relationship between revolving speed and flow ratio and having it mathematically corrected,the pump operating parameters with different flows were established.The consistency between flow regulation and correction formula proves applicability of the corrected speed ratio formula.
