摘    要:针对偏心套筒式径向随变机构引起的涡旋压缩机转子系平衡破坏的问题,依据其工作原理、结构组成和受力模型,分别研究了实际回转半径偏离理论值时,主、副平衡重惯性力作用线与偏心重惯性力作用线的偏移程度,及其对二次平衡和主、副轴承承载的影响。结果表明,该种结构在减小回转半径方面的调节对压缩机转子系平衡的影响较大,在径向随变机构结构设计时,需对关联参数进行优化设计。

Abstract:In scroll compressor,the eccentric sleeve-typed radial compliance mechanism can result in rotor system imbalance.Basing on working principle,structural composition and mechanical model,the offset level of main and secondary counterweight inertia force action line and that of eccentric weight,as well as the effect of this deviation on the secondary balance and the main and sub-bearing loads were investigated.The results show that this structure has great influence on scroll compressor's rotor system balance while reducing radius of gyration regulation.The associated parameters of the radial compliance mechanism should be optimized in the structure design.
