| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线的主要技术特点,讨论了在企业制氢过程中采用PROFIBUS现场总线技术,对废热系统锅炉汽包液位进行三冲量调节的方案,并在此基础上介绍了基于STEP7软件进行网络组态、硬件组态、控制组态,在上位机进行WINCC自动监控,以实现对汽包液位实时控制的一般方法。

| Abstract: | The PROFIBUS technology is introduced and the liquid level control system based on PROFIBUS for boiler of waste heat system during making hydrogen is discussed in this article. Then the configuration and programming are accomplished with STEP 7 and the monitoring and controlling of processes is implemented with WINCC is described. |
