抚顺褐煤的微生物溶煤

摘    要:利用5种溶煤菌种对抚顺褐煤进行了溶煤的匹配性比较研究,发现AH菌对抚顺褐煤的溶煤效果最明显.其溶煤产物最大紫外吸收峰在240nm左右;红外分析表明产物中有羟基(3300cm^-1)和亚甲基(2970cm^-1)官能团,芳香族官能团(1600,1580,1450cm^-1)已经被降解.在溶煤出现前后2个不同的时期,通过研究pH及蛋白质含量对溶煤效果的影响,发现第1个溶煤时期(3~9d)主要为酸溶解,第2个溶煤时期(15~21d)主要为生物酶溶解.羧基与AH菌的相互作用比较明显.

Abstract:Based on a study of matching performance of bio-solubilization using five solubilization fungi for Fushun lignite,it was found that Fungus AH had the greatest bio-solubilization ratio.The special absorbance wavelength of solubilized lignite is at 240 nm.The analysis results using an infrared scan show that the solubilized lignite contained both hydroxide(3 300 cm-1)and ethylene(2 970 cm-1),the aromatic functional groups of lignite(1 600,1 580,1 450 cm-1)had been degraded.The effects of pH and the protein content on solubilization were also investigated.Results show that the Bio-solubilization occurred in two separate phases.The first phase(3~9thd) is mainly an acid solubilization,the second phase (15~21th d) is mainly an enzyme solubilization,in which the carboxyl groups interact directly with Fungus AH.
