精密孔加工之金刚石铰刀的研制

摘    要:金刚石铰刀具有加工精度高、表面粗糙度小、效率高、寿命长等优点,目前已日益广泛应用于精密孔零件的加工之中.本文介绍了精密金刚石铰刀的一种新型设计与制造的方法--内包容电镀法,阐述了此种铰刀设计要素和一些关键制造技术问题.

Abstract:The diamond tools have such advantages as high machining precision, minimum surface roughness, high efficiency and long service life, etc., and have been widely used in machining precision holes. This paper presents a new way in designing and manufacturing of the precision diamond reamers, it is called inside-holding electroplating technique. We also present the key techniqres in the design and manufacture of the reamers.
