摘    要:通过对某舰炮随动系统故障数据的统计分析,获得了系统故障分布函数为威布尔分布,从而确定了系统的MTBF在给定的平均维修时间和维修费用下,求出了最佳预防维修周期.分析计算结果表明,该系统的MTBF为113h;系统有效度最大,或者系统维修费用最小时的预防维修周期分别为403h和384h

Abstract:It is known from statistical analysis of trouble data of the follow-up System of certain naval ordnance that the trouble distribution function of the system is Weibull distribution.Thus the MTBF of the system is determined and the optimum preventive maintenance period is obtained under given mean maintenance time and maintenance cost.The result of the analysis and computation shows that the MTBF of this system is 113 hours.The preventive maintenance period of the system under the maximum availability or the lowest maintenance cost is 403 hours or 384 hours.
