摘    要:本文介绍了同轴高纯锗探测器的温度循环试验结果,所研制成的未钝化探测器有好的稳定性,可以多次回温到室温和在室温下较长时间贮存,其性能不变坏。

Abstract:This paper describes the experimental results of coaxial HPGe detector temperature cycle. The developed non-passivating HPGe detectors have a good stability. It can be warmed to the room temperature and stored at the room temperature for a longer time without performance degradation.
