航空发动机传感器故障诊断设计与验证综合仿真平台

摘    要:针对航空发动机传感器故障诊断算法无法快速和高效地完成硬件在回路仿真问题;提出了基于虚拟仪器语言与快速原型化技术的航空发动机传感器故障诊断硬件在回路仿真方法,并研制了基于该方法的硬件在回路实时仿真平台;经过实验验证后,该平台不仅为发动机传感器故障诊断方法提供了实时仿真平台,同时为扩展本平台使之成为完全的半物理仿真平台奠定了基础,有一定的工程实用价值。

Abstract:A real-time simulation approach based on virtual instrument and rapid prototyping is proposed to solve the problem that aircraft engine sensors fault diagnosis approach can't be simulated rapidly,efficiently.And an ECU-in-the-loop real-time simulation platform with this approach is established.After plenty of validation,the platform is valuable for the development of aero-engine sensor fault detection,and it can takes a groundwork for a completely HIL platform,has some engineering value.
