构建诚信教育机制 促进国家助学贷款良性循环

国家助学贷款是一项信用贷款，其实施，解决了经济困难学生上学难的问题。但进入还款期后，部分贷款毕业生诚信缺失导致国家助学贷款还款率低。笔者从其工作实践中，提出了构建诚信教育机制，从全校学生和贷款学生两个层面，探讨诚信教育的形式、内容和方法，使其更具有可操作性和实效性，从而有效地提高学生的诚信意识。

Start a Virtuous Cycle of State Student Loan with the Honesty Education

State Student Loan is a credit loan, with the help of which, many impoverished students manage to continue with their education in the universities. But due to an ill-judged disrespect of credit among the students, the State Student Loan suffers from a chronic low rate of repayment. We think a systematic education of honesty and credit of not only the students on loan, but other college students as well, can be the solution. We also discuss on some practical and effective ideas concerning how the education should be organized and what it should focus on.
