摘    要:多源单汇管道系统可用于油田烃液、成品油、原油等的多批次顺序输送,是经济有效的输送模式之一。国内外学者对该种输送模式下批次调度优化做了一些研究,但目前并无模型及算法可以有效解决水力与调度非线性耦合、多源点同时注入的批次界面跟踪等问题。针对多源单汇多批次顺序输送管道,考虑源点外输模式、批次运移、新批次注入、罐存、流量以及水力等约束条件,以运行过程中泵的运行费用、启停泵成本及掺混成本最小作为多目标函数,建立混合整数非线性规划模型(MINLP),并选用优先级算法对模型进行求解。以多源单汇多批次顺序输送油田烃液管道为算例,建立了长期规划模型并求解,计算用时4.58 s,计算结果符合现场操作工艺。

Abstract:As one of cost-effective transportation modes, the multi-source single-destination pipeline system can be applied to multi-batch sequential transportation of oilfield hydrocarbon liquid, oil products and crude oil. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted some studies on optimization of batch scheduling under this transportation mode. However, there is neither model nor algorithm able to effectively solve such problems as nonlinear coupling between hydraulics and scheduling, batch interface tracking with multi-source simultaneous injection, and etc. Aiming at multi-source single-destination pipelines used for multi-batch sequential transportation, and in consideration of certain constraints such as source transportation mode, batch migration, new batch injection, tanked storage, flow and hydraulics, a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model was established by taking the pump operation cost, pump-on/off cost and contamination cost minimization as multi-target function, and priority algorithm was applied for model solution. A long-term planning model was built by taking the multi-source single-destination pipeline system for multi-batch transporting oilfield hydrocarbon liquid as an algorithm case, and also solved. The calculation time was 4.58 s, consistent with onsite operation process.
