高效缓蚀性氯化苄基喹啉衍生物制备与表征

摘    要:随着油气田开发工艺的不断更新发展,酸化过程使用的酸液浓度越来越大,使用温度也越来越高,对于酸化缓蚀剂的性能提出了更高要求。研究中发现氯化苄基喹啉(BQC)在15% 盐酸中对N80钢的缓蚀能力不佳,但BQC却能在碱性条件下生成具有高效缓蚀性能的氯化苄基喹啉衍生物(BQD)。当BQD的加剂量为0.05% 时,就能使N80钢片在90℃下15% 盐酸中的腐蚀速率降至3.1 g/(m2·h),表现出了优异的缓蚀性能。用硅胶柱层析的方法分离得到了BQD并通过核磁共振1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT分析以及液相色谱-质谱联机等技术表征了BQD的结构。结果表明,BQD是一种稠环季铵盐类化合物,其分子式为C32H23N2Cl。进一步提出了由两分子BQC经过Michael加成反应得到BQD的反应过程,并从构效关系角度对BQD的优异缓蚀性能进行了探讨。

Abstract:With constant progresses in oil and gas field development technologies, both the concentration of acid solution and the temperature are becoming higher in the acidizing process, which puts forward more demanding requirements for the performance of acidizing corrosion inhibitor. The research has shown that N-Benzylquinolinium Chloride (BQC) has poor corrosion inhibition to N80 steel in 15% hydrochloric acid. However, N-Benzylquinolinium Chloride Derivative (BQD) with effective corrosion inhibition performance could be generated from BQC under alkali conditions. When the adding amount of BQD was 0.05%, the corrosion rate of N80 steel in 15% hydrochloric acid at 90℃ was reduced to 3.1 g/(m2·h), displaying excellent corrosion inhibition performance. BQD was isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and its structure was characterized using 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT analysis, HPLC-HRMS and other technologies. The results have indicated that BQD is a kind of polycyclic quaternary ammonium salts with the molecular formula of C32H23N2Cl. It was further proposed that the reaction process of BQD could be obtained from two molecules of BQC through Michael addition reaction. Moreover, excellent corrosion inhibition performance of BQD was discussed from the perspective of structure-activity relationship.
