摘    要:在环境污染日益严重的今天,作为清洁能源的燃料电池受到越来越多的关注。为了适应便携式设备的需求,燃料电池的微型化成为发展趋势。在微型燃料电池的诸多关键技术中,流场板结构及其加工成为主要困难之一。本文介绍了微型燃料电池的工作原理,探讨了包括流场板形状、微沟道尺寸和流场板开孔率等方面的流场板结构对微型燃料电池性能的影响,综述了基于MEMS技术的微流场板加工工艺。

Overview of Research on Flow Field Plate of Micro Fuel Cells

Abstract:Nowadays, with the increasing environment pollution, full cell, as a clean energy resource, is regarded as a promising alternative. Micro full cell is one of the main development directions for its advantages of convenience in use. Flow field plate design and fabrication is one of the key techniques of micro fuel cell. The basic working principle of the micro fuel cell is firstly introduced in this paper. Then, the effects on micro fuel cell performance as different structures for flow field plate, such as shape, micro channel scale and opening ratio, are analyzed. Finally, the MEMS based manufacturing technologies of the micro flow field plate is presented.
