| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷调查法、访问调查等方法,对参加2008年1月—2月在广西南宁青少年女足冬训的16支球队做实地调查,分析我国青少年女子足球队的现状:我国青少年女足管理体制呈现多样化,以三集中为主;教练员的岗位培训力度不够;教练员与运动员配备不够合理;尤其指出女性教练员缺少且整体执教水平不高,亟待加强。同时本研究探讨了我国青少年女足的发展对策,指出要优化女足后备人才可持续发展支撑系统;改善青少年女足运动员文化学习环境;加大女足教练员岗位培训力度。
