价值链视角下的武汉服装业成本控制研究

在经济转型、产业升级、建设“两型”社会的大背景下,服装业的劳动力成本、服装原料成本、动力成本大幅攀升,加之人民币对美元的升值,给武汉服装业的发展带来巨大的挑战。文章借鉴浙江等地区服装业的发展经验,运用价值链理论分析武汉服装产业链条中成本控制存在的问题及产生的原因,着重从价值链视角阐述武汉服装价值链成本控制及竞争力提升对策。

Research in Wuhan Apparel Industry Cost Base on Value Chain

In the background of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, and construction of ＂two types of social＂, the labor costs of garment industry, clothing costs of raw materials and power costs rose substantially. In addition, the appreciation of the RMB against the U.S. dollar, bring enormous challenges to the development of Wuhan garments industry. The article references the advanced experience of garment industry in Zhejiang province, use the value chain analysis the problems and the reasons that exist in cost control of Wuhan apparel industry chain. And practically, from a cost perspective focus on the optimization value chain of the Wuhan garment industry, enhance the competitive advantage countermeasures of Wuhan garment industry.
